Welcome to FTO Travels. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to FTO Travels.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using our platform.
"Platform" means the FTO Travels website, mobile applications, and any associated services.
"Services" refers to travel bookings, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa assistance, and any other services offered on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on the platform.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the services of FTO Travels. Users must provide accurate and truthful information when booking services. If a user is booking on behalf of another person, they are responsible for informing that person about these terms.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made using approved payment methods at the time of booking.
  • FTO Travels reserves the right to cancel any bookings for which full payment has not been received.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policies

  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the policies of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
  • FTO Travels will facilitate cancellations or changes but is not liable for any fees imposed by service providers.
  • Any service fees charged by FTO Travels are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. User Responsibilities

  • The user must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
  • The user is responsible for complying with the terms and policies of service providers.
  • The platform may not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and trademarks on the platform are owned by FTO Travels or its licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent from FTO Travels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTO Travels is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or its services.

9. Third-Party Services

FTO Travels may provide access to third-party services. FTO Travels does not control or endorse these services, and any use by the user is governed by the third-party's own terms.

10. Privacy

FTO Travels is committed to protecting users' privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

11. Modifications to Terms

FTO Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made by FTO Travels.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.

13. App Security & User Responsibility

The FTO Travels app stores and processes personal data provided by users to deliver services. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and access credentials. Rooting or jailbreaking devices is strongly discouraged.

14. Service Response Time

Due to a high volume of inquiries, response times may be delayed. FTO Travels appreciates users' patience and understanding.

15. Service Portfolio: Terms & Conditions

Flight Bookings
Users may book flights globally using debit/credit cards, mobile financial services, or other legal methods in Bangladesh.

Important for LCC Flights:
Users must upload valid passport, visa, and related documents at the time of ticket issuance. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds are processed after deducting FTO Travels service fees.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 days, depending on the airline.
  • Non-refundable tickets are not eligible.
  • Ancillary services are non-refundable.
  • For airline-initiated cancellations, no additional FTO Travels fees apply.
  • For voluntary cancellations, airline and FTO Travels fees apply.
  • Users should refer to airline-specific refund/reissue charts.

16. Ticket Actions

  • Void: Only allowed on the same calendar day. Only FTO Travels service charge applies. Not available for LCC flights.
  • Refund: Voluntary: Airline and FTO Travels fees apply. Involuntary (non-force majeure): Full refund may apply.

17. Group Bookings & Shared PNRs

Refunds or changes for one passenger may trigger changes for others under the same PNR.

18. Auto Refund & Auto Void

  • Auto Refund: Airline and FTO Travels fees apply. Process takes 7–10 days. MFS refunds may include cash-out charges.
  • Auto Void: Not applicable for LCC. Must be initiated within 72 hours.

19. Combo Fare Rules

Mixed-airline bookings follow each airline's terms. Changes/refunds processed individually. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. FTO Travels is not responsible for immigration or airport issues related to mixed carriers.

20. Ticketing Notices

  • Users must upload accurate passport and visa documents.
  • Passenger name must match exactly with the passport.
  • FTO Travels is not responsible for booking errors or invalid documentation.
  • Labor tickets are not issued for Air India, Saudia, Malaysia Airlines, or Middle Eastern carriers.

21. Seat Selection

  • Seat selections are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Void is not available once a seat is selected.
  • No seat selection is allowed for infants.

22. Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time by FTO Travels. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
